The road work that was underway on the way into the city was causing delays in traffic, as matter of fact it came to a standstill which was annoying but understandable.

East Syracuse was a nice place.
East Syracuse was a nice place. It was cold but it was fine. The changing of the leaves was visible and they were beautiful. There are different things to do this time of the season. It was time for apple picking and pumpkins everywhere you went. I was able to get fresh corn to bring back to the city, I love going this time, it is a good way to relieve the stress from the city.

Couldn't get a better staff! Pete and Jackie were GREAT! They know the area and have a lot of ideas when asked. Joey's Italian restaurant just down the road at Carrier Circle is easy to get to as well as Bull & Bear.

The elevator did not work & when I asked when it would be fixed, the attendant told me it would take about two years! They said that the company was awaiting parts!
Two years? C’mon!
The carpet was worn out, there was mold in the shower along the grout lines at base of the walls that meet the tub!

Motel 6 was nasty. Customer service was horrible.
Motel 6 was nasty. Customer service was horrible. Had issues right from time we checked in. No toilet paper in the room, no bed spread on the bed. Fridge didn't work, and then found couckroaches. There is no manager on site and when you ask to speak with one the help doesn't want to get the manager on the phone. If I had the extra money I would had left and went to a different place.
Nothing. I will never stay there again for the rest of my life. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The people running it were about as ignorant as they come. I tried talking to the front desk about some of these issues and got nowhere. The place was a shambles. The carpet was old and dirty. There was a big pothole in the parking lot. It's a third world hotel.
The hotel is very nicely designed. The rooms are laid of very well. I really enjoy the Embassy Suites nightly receptions and signature breakfasts. The public area was well designed with many seating options, and the little rooms that were made with a full table, a tv, and seats were great for families. Your breakfast guy Joe is a gem and was fantastic very helpful.
An extremely friendly concierge greeted me; he got me all squared away and placed in one of the nicer rooms, and he was quick to help when I needed soap and towels to shower before bed. The hotel is split between smoking and non-smoking; I am in the non-smoking wing, and you can't tell there are smoking rooms on the premise.
Hotel staff was friendly and competent. First room we were placed in did not have a functioning mini fridge. Quick and easy move to a comparable room. Furnishings abit worn and TV older 32inch flat screen. Hotel was under renovations but everything was clean. Not a $200 a nite experience.
It was cheap. The water pressure was good and the shower was hot. The air conditioning worked well. There were some lovely poinsettias in the lobby. It's an interesting choice of decor for the summer, but I'm impressed that they have been able to keep them alive since Christmas.
Basically every bit! Part of the reason we picked this hotel was for the pool for our kids. When we got there, the pool was closed for repair. Once they saw the disappointment on our kids faces, they were SO quick to offer a solution. This hotel went above and beyond.
A new hotel and although a little out of the way it’s exceptionally quiet so worth being off the highway if you don’t like to hear traffic all night. A few great restaurants close by made it an all around great stop over for our trip back home from the South
the breakfast was great, we had 2 adults and four children with us. i Felt like the hotel had everything and more that we needed for our weekend stay for a wrestling tournament. We will definitely be staying here again next year.
There was fresh made coffee
Very nice staff
For the price a good value
You get decent rooms.
You shouldn’t expect a nice hotel room that’s completely clean. It’s still a motel for 50$ so for that price it’s good.
Hotel is very clean and quit. Nice place to stay in Syracuse especially with the location. Food venues right around the corner. I’m looking forward to my next stay. Breakfast is always hot and fresh in the mornings.
It looked like a new hotel. I loved that there was a restaurant and bar connected by a walkway. My wife and I were very happy that we didn’t have to go out for dinner.
